# Cohort 6 Finale Instructions As EPF cohort 6 finishes in few weeks, each fellows has to prepare their final report and project presentation. You can find the last table for final reports in the [dev updates](https://github.com/eth-protocol-fellows/cohort-six/blob/master/development-updates.md) document. This will be the collection of the final state of every project and overview each fellow's activity that will represent your work going forward. ## Final update structure The final report is not an ordinary development update, it's **summarizing your activity during the program, it serves as your own reflection on your project** and participation. This final update is meant to be understandable by anyone who wants to learn about have you done in the cohort without diving into your project proposal and every update. Use it as a summary about current state of things with all relevant information and links. > **Make sure to also update your original [project proposal](https://github.com/eth-protocol-fellows/cohort-six/tree/master/projects) document to reflect on any changes, add latest resources and don't forget to add the project link to the second table in dev updates doc for overview** #### Structure of the final report and what to include: - Project abstract and link to the updated project doc with all details (your document in `/projects` dir) - Short description of the project and main link - Status report about the final state of the project, overview of the roadmap - Reflection on what has been done, (un)finished tasks, pivots and changes, current usability, etc - Current impact and future of the project - Potential next steps and improvements, use cases in the ecosystem - Self-evaluation, general feedback about your project and activity within EPF - Be realistic and reflect on your progress, achievements, your satisfaction and criticism - Feedback about EPF, your takeaways from the program, both the positive and negative - How the program impacted you and how we could do better Use the last table in the `development-updates.md` document to share your final report. There will be also Discord thread for final updates, as always. **The deadline for final update is 18.11.,** that means before EPF Day, no later than during Devconnect. Note that it is mandatory for all participants and it's in your own interest to provide comprehensive report about your work that can help you in future protocol endeavors. ## Final presentation The final presentation is another form of your final report, it's meant to If you are attending Devconnect in Buenos Aires, you will present at [EPF Day](https://www.notion.so/efdn/DevconnectARG-263d9895554180bfacd9f78370264514), otherwise you can do the presentation online at Office Hours before (sign up in corresponding issue.) If multiple fellows worked on the same project, they will present together. Presentations are per project, not per fellows, which means you need to work together to prepare the presentation and each present your part of the work. You can use the same structure of your final update in your presentation. Use[ this slides template](https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1Cq7AkHbeVXs0UsKveraKUwL8GSv-NO1PBoScL7e-avE/edit?usp=sharing) for your presentation, copy it and share with us before presenting. Everyone should present the overview and final state of their project. **The presentation should be only around 10 minutes** and focus mainly on your development journey and outcomes. Don't waste time on explaining intro (e.g. what is consensus layer, what are block access lists), assume the audience is familiar with Ethereum protocol and elaborate on what were your contributions, struggles and achievements. **If you have any questions, please reach out to Mario and Josh**
