Suggestion: Add more Structured Testing Channels to the Ethereum R&D Discord Server

Perhaps the devops, testing and client teams could benefit from more structured and dedicated testing channels?

Add a new “Testing” section within the Ethereum R&D Server with the following public channels:

#execution-spec-tests-releases

#interop

#eof
#verkle
#peerdas
#rollups
#tooling

The first two channels are announcement channels for consensus and execution test vector releases.
The other channels are for topic-specific public discussion.
