Data proves that 45MGas should be safe limit for now with a need for a small tweaks on EL side to have 60MGas. 100MGas requires Modexp repricing and potentially ECAdd + rest of tests to be executed and verified + XEN to be considered.

Short summary per client: Geth: Building blocks with single huge and slow transaction does not work (60M Modexp not included) ECAdd slow (16 MGas/s - Slowest except Modexp and 2x slower than another one) Erigon: ECAdd slow (16 MGas/s - Slowest except Modexp and 2x slower than another one)
